Sunday—Exactly one-month before my vacation! As a mom,
this has run through my mind a bunch lately.
However, I’m hoping that on our drive to Galveston I can
talk some “sense” into my kids; reminding them how special it is that we get to
take a vacation, that there are starving kids in Africa, to listen and obey and
not shove each other overboard… the whole sha-bang. (Although, I’m sure the statement, “I’ll turn
this car around” will come out of our mouths more than once!) All I really want
to do is have a relaxing and enjoyable time with my husband and my kids; make memories and laugh…oh, and
get the most awesome “family” beach picture! (You know the one…where everyone
is bare foot and in white and looking like we hang out on the beach
everyday?!?!?)
My total calories for the day were 1247. I did do 30-minutes
of a circuit workout (more cardio than normal) because my muscles are still a
bit fatigued from yesterday!

It’s a weigh-in day tomorrow! I’m kind of excited to see
what extra weight has come off since Thursday. I’m almost half way done with
this cycle. (I took a before picture when I started, I’m anxious to show it to
you once I have my after picture.) In just 3 weeks, I can definitely notice an
improvement in my quads and in my arms. How about you? Have you noticed any
improvements to your physique or how you are feeling?
