Day #11

Day #11
Tonight was my last Thursday night Bible Study. BOO HOO! Our send-off was a big Ice Cream Sunday Party! Double Boo Hoo! All the toppings you could imagine. I chose to stay OUT of the kitchen and talked to my friends in the living room instead. I also ate a very filling dinner, so I knew I was NOT going to be tempted!  During the evening we were asked to tell something that had really spoken to our hearts. As I was preparing for that, I looked back through all my notes and realized that I had written down, “My faith and confidence in Jesus is a testimony to others.” And then I wrote down some lyrics to the song Lord, Speak to Me; “-Wing my words that they may reach the hidden depths of many a heart.” My words are being “winged” right here on this blog! I just want you to know that you are being prayed for- Like it or Not! I’m praying for your strength and self-control, for obstacles to be removed from your path, for your health, your faith, and your families.

My total calories for today ended up short at 1133. I hate when I have over 100 calories left. I could’ve had a TBSP of yummy creamy peanut butter!

So much of what I know about diet and exercise I have learned from my husband Chad. (I’m like a little sponge.) If you'd like to get to know him, you should CLICK HERE. He's a real stand-up guy! Rest assured, he is in a constant state of research and trial; staying abreast of every breaking study in the health and fitness industry. The first time I let him “train” me we had been married almost 10 years-I wrote a blog about it here! (What took me so long?)

Don't you hate it when that happens?

So, let's discuss your "abs of steel". How is your exercise portion of the program going? Sometimes it is so difficult to just go do it! Remember this day? I tell you what though, you will not regret getting it accomplished!

I'm just curious, did you try the HIIT workout? How did it go?

Blessings,
Trisha
